From the beginning, Mr. Gladko and his team of professionals communicated often and with precise information. Scheduling, ordering supplies, order changes and other logistics were done efficiently and with careful communication. We interviewed five contractors and during our first meeting he didn’t blink at our budget but offered what was do-able, unlike the other contractors who were very quick to inform us that our budget was not nearly enough to get us the extravagant remodel we wanted. Not sure they understood that extravagant wasn’t the goal, just upgraded lighting, more storage and a breakfast bar.
